Includes ladder, filter pump, skimmer, and misc cleaning equipment. Also have some left over chemicals I will include also, should be a cover also if I remember correctly (never used one - was purchased separately). Needs new drop cloth. No leaks last time setup, filter and pumped worked perfectly - last used in xxxx, stored inside when not used. Asking $175 OBO To purchase new would run around $350.
